Rapid Prototyping Services Save Time & Money
High-Quality Parts — On-time & On-Budget
TKM Unlimited offers a range of rapid prototyping services that deliver high-quality parts quickly and cost-effectively. These services include the following:
Additive Manufacturing or 3D Printing. Using digital cross-sections from CAD files, this fast, flexible rapid prototyping technology creates models in as little as a few hours to a few days
Vacuum Casting. Used to make small run molded production parts, this technique uses two-part resins that are mixed, degassed, and molded under constant vacuum
Pressure Casting. Also used in small run molded production parts, this technique follows the same procedure with pressure above one atmosphere — forcing the gas bubbles back into the solution to achieve a flawless part
Silicone Molds. This fabrication technique quickly creates accurate, short-run parts at a fraction of the cost of metal injection molds
Engineering Services and Solutions
from concept, to fabrication, to market. all under one roof.
